We're people of all nationalities, races and religions who live in small islands, so we invented a language to communicate. It's creol. It's spoken even when the common language is French, English or Spanish.
The problem is that creol, is rarely taught and it's slightly different in each island. All of us can speak it. But it's difficult to write and even to read. So, sometimes we have to speak loudly when we read to understand what it's about.
